Al Ahly’s assistant coach, Samy Komsan spoke about our upcoming match against Congo’s AS Vita Club in the third fixture of the CAF Champions League group stage.

“It is an important game for us especially after losing the last match against Simba SC in Tanzania.”

“AS Vita Club are a strong team with a lot of great players and we analyzed them very well to be fully prepared for the contest. It will be a difficult game on both teams.”

“Our only goal is to win tomorrow’s game; especially that it will be played at home before facing them again in Congo.”

“We will miss many of our key players in the match; however, we trust the abilities of our players. On a different note, the other three teams in our group have a lot of great players and all the teams have chances to reach the next round.”

Al Ahly will face AS Vita Club at Cairo Stadium on Saturday in the third fixture of the CAF Champions League group stage at 9:00 PM.
